Nexus 4 Officially Launched In India for ₹ 25,999

The LG and Google have finally unveiled the launch of Nexus 4 Smartphone in India. The phone is priced at 25,999 for the 16GB variant which is available in Google play  in US for $349. However, there is no official word on the availability of Nexus 4 8GB variant in India.

The Nexus 4 sports 4.7 inch display screen with 768x1280 pixel resolution and 317 ppi pixel density. The device is powered by 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 pro processors with 2GB of RAM. The Google flagship Smartphone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. As you might know, the Nexus series Smartphones  gets the latest updates within a few days of launch.

Samsung Galaxy Chat B5330 Gets Android 4.1 JellyBean Update

Samsung has started rolling out Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update to its Galaxy Chat Smartphones. The update is available through OTA(Over The Air) or through Samsung Kies Desktop PC suite application.The new update is 322MB in size and has the serial code of B5330XXUBMD2. The new update brings in lot of new features such as S-Voice, Google Now etc along with project butter.

Updating the Samsung Galaxy Chat to Latest Firmware

As said earlier, the latest Jelly Bean update can be downloaded in two methods. One is through OTA and another one is through Samsung Kies. It is advisable to update through Kies as the download size is huge. Please backup your contacts and other personal data before starting the update. It is not required generally, but in case of any problem during the installation, you might lose that data. It is just statutory warning.

Samsung has unveiled a new mid range Smartphone called Galaxy Core.  The device sports 4.3 inch display screen with 480x800 pixel resolution and 216 ppi pixel density. The Galaxy Core is powered by 1.2GHz dual core processor with 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean along with Samsung's Touchwiz user interface. It will be available in two variants. Samsung Galaxy S Duos Software Update brings Blocking Mode and Stability Improvements

Samsung has released a software update to its Galaxy S duos smartphone. It is a small update, however it brings in new feature called Blocking Mode and some stability fixes. The update is available through OTA or through Samsung Kies.

The new Blocking mode provides users to disable notifications for certain features on the device such as incoming calls, alarm and timer and notification itself. The good thing about this is we can choose the time on when we should not get disturbed. It allows us choose the contacts on which we want recieve incoming calls even when we are enabled Blocking mode. It works more or less similar to DND feature in iOS.

To get this update, go to setting on your Samsung Galaxy S Duos, tap on About Device  and then select Software Update and then once again update. If you have very slow internet connection, then choose to update through Samsung Kies.
