Samsung has announced a new tablet called Galaxy Note 510 in India. The tablet runs on Android 4.1.2 out of the box and powered by a quad core processor.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 510 sports a 8 inch display with a resolution of 1280*800 pixels with a pixel density of 189 ppi. The tablet is powered by Quad core 1.6GHz processor with 2GB RAM. The Galaxy Note 510 will be available in 16GB version and in 32 GB version. Both these versions come with support for microSD card for memory expansion.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 510 has a 4600 mAh battery and weighs 338 grams. The Tablet has some of the features seen on the Galaxy Note II phablet such as S-Pen feature, along with the entire array of applications that are compatible with the stylus. Pop-up video lets you play a video in a smaller window anywhere on the display while you may be busy doing some other work. The multi-tasking feature- Dual view is also integrated in this 8 inch tablet.
The price of Samsung Galaxy Note 510 is not yet announced. However it is expected to be very attractive as this tablet is intended to take on iPad mini.
