Advantages and Disadvantages of HTC One
Pros of HTC One:

- sharp, crisp and beautiful 4.7 HD display screen
- Innovative camera. Takes great pictures and comes with feature packed camera app

Cons of HTC One:
- There is no memory expansion option through microSD card
- Non user replaceable battery
- Poor video and audio codec support out of the box. However this can be overcome by installing third party applications.
PC suite for HTC One
You can download free PC suite for HTC One from the official support page. The HTC One PC suite is called as HTC Sync manager or HTC Sync. Updating HTC One firmware
If you want to upgrade your firmware to latest Android OS, then you can use the OTA update feature or you can update it by HTC Sync PC suite. To get updates via OTA, go to settings and goto about device and check for software update.
