How to use Macbook as WiFi Hotspot

Here is the step by step guide to use Macbook as WiFi Hotspot.
- Ensure Macbook is connected to
internetthrough ethernet cable.
Internet sharing on Macbook will work if it is connected to internet through ethernet only.
- Go to System Preference
Click on Apple icon in the top menu bar and select System Preference.
- Click on Internet sharing and select Wi-Fi
You can select Wi-Fi by ticking the option box next to Wi-Fi.
- Turn on Internet Sharing
Clicking the tick mark next to Internet Sharing in the
side barwill enable internet sharing.
- Confirm internet sharing
Click on Start on the menu which pops up in order to turn on Internet sharing on Macbook.
